Eminem is under fire for what appears to be a leaked snippet of an unreleased song that hears the rapper endorsing Chris Brown's violence against women.
A Reddit user posted a seven-second clip titled "Things Get Worse (Rihanna Diss)" on Sunday (November 3). The snippet hears Em rapping, "I'd side with Chris Brown, I'd beat down a bitch too."
Allegedly, it's an unreleased bit of a scrapped verse for the song that eventually became B.O.B's "Things Get Worse," which was released in 2011.
Rihanna was infamously attacked by her then-boyfriend Brown in 2009, on the night of the Grammy Awards. She has opened up about the incident in past interviews, and has since spoken out against making jokes out of domestic violence.
As such, the unearthed Eminem line has caused an uproar on Twitter, with many criticizing Eminem for promoting real violence against women. See some of the angry responses below.
In related Eminem news, it was recently revealed that he was investigated by the Secret Service after depicting the hypothetical murder of Ivanka Trump in his Kamikaze song "Framed."
