Though the summer concert season hasn't even begun yet, Edmonton's Sonic Boom Festival has announced it will once again be ringing out the end of the sunny season with a two-day blast this Labour Day weekend. The event takes place on August 31 and September 1 at the city's Northlands, with headliners including Blink-182, City and Colour, and Weezer.

While the official schedule has yet to be unveiled, Sonic Boom will also host performances from the likes of Passion Pit, Death From Above 1979, Awolnation, the Weakerthans, Mother Mother, Dan Mangan, the Sheepdogs, Cold War Kids, Yukon Blonde, Capital Cities, Phantogram, Family of the Year and Imaginary Cities.

Single-day tickets are not available, but a standard two-day pass goes on sale May 31 for $129.50, as will a deluxe pass for $169.50 that offers VIP area access, sectioned-off seating options and "priority access to [the] autograph tent". Both of those prices are before service charges, mind you. You can get the details over here.
