Earlier this week, onetime Ponytail six-stringer Dustin Wong and Japanese electro-pop performer Takako Minekawa delivered their second full-length collaboration, Savage Imagination. Now, they've revealed that they'll be taking their glitchy soundscapes to concert venues later this fall on a North American tour.
The partnership revealed their tour plans in a press release, which confirms that their upcoming trip kicks off in November. Primarily, they'll be hitting the U.S. club circuit, but they Wong and Minekawa will make it up to Canada for a pair of appearances. They'll hit Toronto's Handlebar on November 10, with a show at Montreal's Casa Del Popolo taking place the next night.

Additionally, the act have revealed a new video for Savage Imagination's "Pastel Ice Date." Placing itself in the annals of music history alongside A-ha and Tom Waits, the video utilizes Rotoscope animation technology, tracing live action shots of the group and a figure skater onto a white backdrop.
