Upon releasing More Life earlier this year, Drake hinted at taking some time away from rap on closing track "Do Not Disturb," rapping, "Takin' summer off, 'cause they tell me I need recovery / Maybe gettin' back to my regular life will humble me / I'll be back in 2018 to give you the summary." However, some comments from the 6 God from last night's OVO Fest say otherwise.

In closing out the star-studded eighth edition of his event, Drake took the evening's final moments to say he was heading "back to making this new album in Toronto, just for you." You can find a clip of him making the announcement from the giant CN Tower stage below.

Though More Life remains Drizzy's most recent release, it was first branded as a "playlist" project by his OVO camp. Before that, he delivered his monstrous fourth LP VIEWS in 2016.

Lately, Drake's been celebrating the opening of a new OVO flagship store, getting his idols tattooed on his body and raking in those Degrassi royalty cheques.
