Drake doesn't turn 33 until tomorrow (October 24), but the Toronto rapper got the celebrations underway early in West Hollywood last night.
After showing off his championship Raptors rings from various angles on his Instagram story, Drake hit up a club called Poppy for a private party. And to the delight of "Aubrih" fans everywhere, Rihanna was amongst the friends who attended.
She attended with a group of girlfriends, including Lyrica Anderson, who captured some of the night's festivities on Instagram for those who didn't get an invite.
"Rihanna made an appearance and stayed for several hours. She was with two girlfriends and was escorted to Drake's table by security," according to E! News. "Her and Drake were talking for a while and were smiling and laughing. It seemed like a very pleasant interaction and they looked like they were having fun together as friends."
The party even came complete with bagfuls of chicken nuggets, cheeseburgers and fries from McDonalds, which multiple sources are saying Drake specifically ordered for Rihanna and her friends.
Rihanna told Vogue last year that she and Drizzy "don't have a friendship now, but we're not enemies either."
Well, nothing fixes rifts like drunken McNuggets, so maybe there's a chance that Drake will show up Rihanna's long-awaited next album after all.
