Despite the shitty band name, there's plenty of hype building behind Diarrhea Planet's third LP, Turn to Gold. Before the floodgates officially burst open next week, the act are streaming the sounds of the entire record online.
It all starts off with "Hard Style," a mix of ambient washes, military drum rolls, and triumphant, twin guitar harmonies. "Announcement" finds the Nashville act trafficking in modern pop rock, though the tune is also embellished with some Van Halen-grade tapping in its chorus.
In addition to previously teased tunes "Life Pass," "Let It Out" and "Bob Dylan's Grandma," you can sample the sparkling sounds of "Ruby Red," the fashionably bashed-out and partially screamed "Hot Topic" and more.
