If the Styx/Foreigner tour wasn't enough for you classic rock heads, Def Leppard and Journey are also hitting the road next summer for a North American co-headlining tour, with Steve Miller Band, Cheap Trick and Heart respectively performing at select shows. It includes a single Canadian stop in Toronto.
"Having just completed a sensational 18-month run promoting our Diamond Star Halos album, we shall hit the boards running with a brand-new stage show and set of songs that will celebrate specific parts of our history," Def Leppard vocalist Joe Elliott said in a release. "We may even have a surprise or two up our sleeves... so, wanna join us? See you in the summer!"
Journey added in a statement of their own, "We are thrilled to be back on the road in 2024 with so many good friends as part of this tour. No matter which city you come to this will be an amazing night of music!"
Kicking off on July 6 in St. Louis, MO, the high-octane bands on the bill will make their way to Canada just shy of the tour's midway point to play Toronto's Rogers Centre on August 2. They'll complete the rest of the itinerary stateside, and they're set to wrap things up on September 8 in Denver, CO.
Tickets go on sale to the general public next Friday (December 15) at 10 a.m. local, with various presales beginning on Tuesday (December 12). Check out the full schedule of dates below.
