Former Studio member and hard-working producer Dan Lissvik released a solo 12-inch early last year, and now he's going one step further with a brand new full-length album.
The release is called Midnight and collects eight compositions created by the electronic producer — perhaps best known in Canada for his work with Young Galaxy — throughout 2015.
The album was inspired by fatherhood. Its title refers to the time Lissvik would start his recording sessions after his wife and young child would go to bed.
Further, a press release explains that the album was recorded with an analog graphic equalizer from a fleamarket along with a bass guitar and mic.
