After sharing new track "Airborne" last month, Cut Copy have now revealed the song to be part of a new full-length LP.
Titled Haiku from Zero, the new disc will arrive September 22 through Astralwerks. The record runs nine tracks in length, and can be pre-ordered here. The band have also shared another song from the disc called "Standing in the Middle of the Field," which you can hear below.
"So much of this album is about this mosaic of information, images that we're surrounded by on a day-to-day basis," frontman Dan Whitford said in a statement. "Sometimes it feels like overload, but there's a weird random beauty in it. The idea of squeezing poetry form chaos was where the title of the album came from — the idea of finding something poetic in the overload."
Cut Copy have also mapped out a North American tour set to kick off this fall. Two Canadian stops will find them in Toronto and Montreal on November 21 and 22, respectively. You can find the complete itinerary below.
