The previews to Cult Leader's Lightless Walk have been an exercise in sheer brutality so far, but now the Salt Lake City band are upping the ante by delivering a fully-damaging, all-album preview a week ahead of its official release. If you're ready, their debut album is streaming online.
Already, we'd heard the lightning-crack "Suffer Louder" and the deceptively rapturous "Sympathetic." Now, brace yourself for brickbat beatings like "Great I Am," which likewise attacks via Anthony Lucero's harrowing musings on isolation, and the cement-thick boot stomp of "The Sorrower."
Elsewhere, you've got near-Botch-style tech aggression like "Walking Wastelands" and comparatively softer but still devastating pieces like the half-sung "A Good Life."
You can check it all out below, via Noisey. As previously reported, Lightless Walk touches down October 16 via Deathwish Inc.
