Common Connects with Daniel Caesar and J Dilla for "HER Love"
Common is looking back on the history of hip-hop — not to mention his own 1994 hit "I Used to Love H.E.R." — with his newly released single "HER Love." And not only does the track feature guest appearances by Daniel Caesar and Dwele, but it boasts an unreleased beat from the late, great J Dilla.

"HER Love" arrives as a video directed by Savanah Leaf, and the song itself finds Common reflecting on his genre of choice, namedropping the likes of Meek Mill, Nipsey Hussle, Cardi B and 2 Chainz.

"HER Love" marks the latest single of Common's new album Let Love Have the Last Word, which will serve as his first full-length since 2016's Black American Again. So far, though, there is no firm release date for the upcoming album.

Let Love Have the Last Word is also the title of Common's new memoir, which is out now.

In addition to the new single, Common has also mapped out a new leg of his "Let Love Live" tour. Following a series of previously announced July dates, Common will keep on the road throughout August and September. Canadian dates include Vancouver on July 16 and Toronto on August 7.

For now, check out "HER Love" below and below that you'll find Common's full tour schedule.
