A month ago, Québécoise songwriter Coeur de pirate returned with a new single. Now, the musician also known as Béatrice Martin has confirmed that this will be followed with a new album.
In a statement, Martin revealed that album is called Roses and it's due out on August 28. This will be her third solo full-length; in recent years, she has recorded soundtracks for the drama series Trauma and the videogame Child of Light, but this new album will be the official follow-up to 2012's Blonde.

It's with a heart filled with emotion and love that I can finally announce the release date of Roses, my third album. It'll be available on the 28th of august, 2015!
Tour is kicking off September 16th, during Pop Montreal, at the Metropolis! With the Quebec City show at the Imperial being already sold-out, we also added a show at the Grand Théâtre de Québec on March 24, 2016!
Can't wait to see all of you, I've missed you so. See you then!!
