Recently rebranded hardcore crew Code Orange have their top dog-themed I Am King album on the way, but the band will amiably share headlining duties with Los Angeles outfit Twitching Tongues on an upcoming tour.
The pair are teaming up for the "The Kings of War Tour," whose title is a portmanteau of Code Orange's upcoming effort, due September 2 via Deathwish Inc., and Twitching Tongues' forthcoming World War Live concert LP, which Closed Casket Activities delivers August 12.
The trip starts kicks off this September out in Indianapolis and concentrates primarily on venues beneath the U.S./Canada border. There are, however, dates scheduled up in Toronto and Montreal to keep Canadian fans happy.
Throughout the trip, Code Orange and Twitching Tongues will be joined by openers like War Hungry, Blistered, Axis and more. A trio of dates in Texas, however, will have the young bands opening for L.A. power violence unit Nails.
