Chain and the Gang Announce North American Tour, Play Vancouver
Prolific Washington, DC punk figure Ian Svenonius (Nation of Ulysses, the Make-Up, Weird War) has been on a streak with his latest garage blues band Chain and the Gang, having released three LPs since 2010. The collective's most recent disc, In Cool Blood, came out earlier this month, and the gang will be taking the tunes onto stages across North America throughout the summer and fall.

The band kick off a string of dates August in Hoboken, NJ, and will hit up a number of other U.S. cities throughout the month, some as part of longtime buddy and collaborator Calvin Johnson's current trek.
