Camp Wavelength Festival Coming to Toronto Island in August

Toronto music fans who want the experience of rural camping without leaving the city — this festival is for you. Camp Wavelength runs from August 28 to 30, and it features camping at Artscape Gibraltar Point on Toronto Island.

The lineup boasts the Wooden Sky, Do Make Say Think, the Weather Station, Absolutely Free, Doomsquad, Loscil, Pierre Kwenders, Dirty Frigs, LIDS and Kidstreet, among others.

Presented by local music series/zine/festival Wavelength, this is a rekindling of the now-defunct ALL CAPS! Island Festival, which Wavelength at hosted at the same location from 2009 to 2013.

Early bird camping/festival passes cost $125, and these will soon go up to $150. Standard festival passes (without camping) currently cost $65 but will go up to $75. Information regarding single-day tickets will be confirmed in due course. Ferry fare is not included.
