Next week, bleak UK beatsmith Kevin Martin will revisit the Bug with his highly anticipated Angels & Devils LP. Rather than wait any longer, however, you can stream the whole thing here now.
The 12-song LP sees the Bug assembling a wide array of guests, including Liz Harris (of Grouper), copeland, Gonjasufi, Death Grips, Flowdan and industrial metal whiz Justin Broadrick. While it's still very much a Bug release, the additional guests give it a new sense of depth and unpredictability.
As the press release explains, "Like the Bowie/Eno classic Low before it, Angels & Devils will be split into two distinct themes under a single banner. But far from a concept album, Angels & Devils really serves to continue his mission to pull together the fringes of all outsider music into a common voice.
