Sharing home bases between Toronto and Montreal, and bringing together members from Sonic Avenues and First Base, Brat Kings are set to unleash their debut full-length album Hypnopedia next week. Before it's officially available, though, Exclaim! is giving you an advanced stream of the record in its entirety.
The new set of songs was recorded with producer Josh Korody last summer at Candle Studios in Toronto, and the album features a dozen blasts of raucous punk noise. Loud, fast and straight to the point, the record aurally attacks from the outset, spurting out aggressive garage rock anthems that span the thematic spectrum from "Coffins" to "Kittens" to "Meat Mittens."
