As Blink-182 continue on with their Canada/U.S. tour, the reunited pop punkers have treated us to a new music vid. It's for the Neighborhoods track "Up All Night" and shows the aging thirty-somethings trying to keep those bonds with the youth market.

Featuring a bunch of ramshackle kids and "no more parents," the clip definitely plays up to the young-at-heart hooligan factor. See what we mean by watching the video and its make-believe block party below.

Neighborhoods is due out September 27 via Geffen.
