Nearly a full year removed from sharing her Utopia LP, Björk has now announced a new live show set to premiere in early 2019.
Today, the Icelandic icon announced that she will debut a new live show titled "Cornucopia" in spring 2019, premiering as part of the inaugural season of New York arts venue the Shed.
In a statement, Björk referred to "Cornucopia" as "my most elaborate stage concert yet, where the acoustic and digital will shake hands, encouraged by a bespoke team of collaborators."
On stage, she'll be joined by a harp player and seven-piece Icelandic flute ensemble Viibra.
"This is Bjork's first-ever production created with theatrical collaborators," Shed artistic director and CEO Alex Poots added. "We are honoured and excited to be producing this new work at the Shed."
A concrete date for the debut of "Cornucopia" has yet to be announced, and ticket information will be revealed later this year.
