With one song, this Brooklyn band lived up to their Stooges and MC5 comparisons — if not in quality or novelty at least in musical style and bombast. But they’ve also borrowed their forbearers’ problematic tendencies; after the opener, the singer hopped off stage, the guitarist sarcastically quipped, "We’re all one big happy family” and the drummer launched into a rambling rant that was silenced after a couple of minutes by the beginning of their next tune. The tiresome inter-song bickering continued and the band seemed to cut their set short, so don’t hold your breath for their next tour.
