After dropping "You Can Get It" and "All Roads" earlier this year, Arkells have now announced their sixth studio album, Blink Once. Max Kerman and co. will release the new record on September 30 via Universal Music Canada.
"We began working on this album before the world changed and this title felt right given where we've collectively landed," Kerman said in a statement. "Everyday you wake up and you think you know a lot of stuff, then it turns out — you don't."
Today, the group have shared the 11-track effort's latest offering, "One Thing I Know," along with its own Mark Myers-directed music video shot inside the highly coveted No Frills grocery at Toronto's Dufferin Mall.
"This song is about not being ashamed of who you are and where you come from," Kerman said of the track. "The best version of yourself lets your colours show — to feel free, weird and unburdened by all the things out of our control."
