While rife with the band's patented, lighting-ripple twin guitar licks, a bit of Red House Painters-esque indie ambiance is pumped into the snare-slamming, bittersweet piece. Mike Kinsella voices a most emo narrative, admitting that sometimes he wears his heart on his sleeve a little too willingly ("I can't lie, I kind of like the pain").
