For the past two weeks, Adele's "Hello" and Drake's "Hotline Bling" have been sitting at numbers one and two on the Billboard Hot 100. Now, those two stars are apparently getting ready to join forces, as they have both hinted at the possible arrival of a collaborative "Hotline Bling" remix.
Speaking with etalk about "Hotline Bling," Adele said, "I really want us to do an official remix. I love Drake. I love Drake so much. I even got the coat that's in the video, I got it delivered the other day, I ordered it. The red one."
Although there's no indication as to whether Drake returned the compliment by buying the furry coat from the "Hello" video, he did hint at his interest in working with Adele. Over the weekend (November 21), he posted the above cartoon image on Instagram. It shows him with Adele (both of them wearing their snazzy coats), and Drizzy captioned it, "Me and my main ting just coolin."
There's no indication as to when this "Hotline Bling" remix might arrive. Given that they both seem to be on board with the idea, it seems fairly likely that this will end up happening.
