Shadow-seeking San Diego duo AAIMON have previously shared a couple of spooky tunes from their self-titled album, and now they've unleashed the entire thing. The album comes out today (December 3) via Artoffact Records, and it's available to stream in full at Exclaim.ca.
Just like the preview tracks led us to believe, the collection is ultra-dark, both in its musical tone and lyrical content. Opening with the fuzzy, mysterious ambient swells of opener "vargtimmen," the album sports noisy synth arrangements, urgent electronic beats, and ghoulish male-female vocal interplay.
