100 gecs' Dylan Brady Remixes Rebecca Black's "Friday" for 10th Anniversary

The rework also features Dorian Electra, Big Freedia and 3OH!3

It may be Wednesday, but in Rebecca Black's world, it's always Friday.

For the last 10 years, we've had to sit with the young popster's OG "Friday," which was the subject of countless memes and relentless cyberbullying of Black upon its release. But today, the song is being celebrated by a roster of veteran musicians, including Dorian Electra, Big Freedia and 3OH!3 thanks to a 10th anniversary hyperpop remix by 100 gecs' Dylan Brady.

Along with the remix comes a new video directed by Weston Allen, and it sees Black reimagining that iconic ride to school, only this time, she's in the driver's seat and she's joined by a gaggle of collaborators instead of anonymous preteen schoolmates.

"Ten years later, and I'm still eating cereal," Black joked in a promo for Spotify.
