'The Room' Stars Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero Reteam for New Thriller

BY Josiah HughesPublished Oct 12, 2016

As anyone who's seen The Room can attest, there's really no denying that Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero are one of the best-worst duos in the history of cinema. Fifteen years after The Room changed movies forever, the pair have joined forces once more for a new thriller.

The film is called Best F(r)iends and was written by Sestero and directed by Gary Fong. Along with its announcement comes a new trailer, which you can stream below courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter.

Speaking with THR, Sestero said, "I think it's a role that will really spotlight Tommy's unique talent and charisma, while also setting up an unexpected and exciting reunion."

Tommy Wiseau added, "After watching Best F(r)iends, your mind will find paradise."

Best F(r)iends does not yet have a release date or a distributor, but you can enjoy its trailer below.

It's not the only Wiseau-related content on the way this year. Sestero previously wrote a memoir about the making of The Room called The Disaster Artist. The book is currently being made into a film called The Masterpiece by James Franco, who will star as Wiseau.
