They should consider renaming Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight to The Episodic Four, as the lengthy movie has now been chopped up into an episodic miniseries.
Netflix has debuted a version of the film, which, as promised, is extended to include more scenes. Rather than leave it as one big movie like the extended version previously released in theatres, though, the streaming hub has instead chopped it up into four episodes for whatever reason.
That's probably not going to stop you from watching the whole damn thing in one fell swoop (since when do you watch one episode of something on Netflix?), but it should at least help the long project feel a little more digestible.
The episodes of the movie miniseries are "Last Stage to Red Rock" (50 minutes), "Minnie's Haberdashery" (51 minutes), "Domergue's Got a Secret" (53 minutes) and "The Last Chapter" (56 minutes).
If that still sounds too long for you, viewers have the option of streaming the shorter theatrical version on Netflix as well.
