It's been a little over a year since we first learned that writer and producer David Simon (Homicide: Life on the Street, The Wire, Treme) was working on an HBO series about New York's '70s porn industry. Now, we finally get a taste of the show with its first official teaser.
The Deuce stars James Franco as a pair of twin brothers who work in the industry. They're joined by Maggie Gyllenhaal, among others, who plays a Times Square prostitute who finds a new line of work in the biz.
