There are few TV eateries more famed than Gilmore Girls' Luke's Diner. The cellphone-free Stars Hollow haunt run by lovable curmudgeon Luke Danes was responsible for fuelling Rory and Lorelai's hyper-caffeinated conversations, and it's making a comeback just in time for the four-episode reboot of the series.
Fans won't have to travel all the way to Stars Hollow to get their hands on some of Luke's famous coffee, though, as a string of pop-up shops will be bringing free cups of joe to fans across North America later this week.
The cafés will open at 7 a.m. local time on Wednesday (October 5), and serving staff will be decked out in full Luke's-branded apron and shirts. And don't worry, Canadian fans can partake in the java drinking too; there will be four pop-ups in Toronto and one in Vancouver.
You can find a detailed map of all the locations here. Who knows, maybe some lucky patrons will even be treated to an impromptu performance from Luke's new band.
As previously reported, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will hit Netflix for four episodes — documenting a spring, summer, fall and winter in the lives of the show's beloved characters — on November 25.
