More often than not, a '90s reboot comes with a sense of ironic detachment and self-awareness. On the other hand, the trailer for Netflix's entirely unnecessary Full House comeback Fuller House might be self-referential, but it's also painfully earnest.
The trailer for the show was debuted earlier today on Ellen, complete with an interview with Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner-Fuller), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) and Andrea Barber (that blasted Kimmy Gibbler). It's a bit of day-time schmaltz that perfectly precedes the clip.
If you feel like skipping the interview and going straight to the Fuller House trailer, you can skip ahead to the 2:30 mark. And as much as you're going to try to hate on it, we both know you're going to watch Fuller House when you're really hungover one day.
Fuller House will hit Netflix on February 26.
