As previously reported, Eddie Redmayne will star as Newt Scamander in an upcoming Harry Potter spin-off. The film adaptation of J.K. Rowling's textbook of magical zoology, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them won't be making its way to the big screen until next November, but Muggles can get a look at the movie's first trailer today (December 15).
In it, we see Scamander admitting that he's let a case of magical creatures loose in New York City, unleashing terror across the wizarding world.
The film was directed by David Yates, while the screenplay was written by Rowling herself. It hits theatres on November 18, 2016, but you can take a peek at the trailer right now.
