The Canadian's new HBO series is coming "very soon"

Last June, it was reported that Nathan Fielder had teamed with HBO for a new comedy series called The Rehearsal, and he's now shared an all too brief tease of the project.

Upon The Rehearsal announcement last year, it was said that the show found Fielder giving people "the opportunity to rehearse for their own lives."

In the teaser, which you can find below, a series of monitors in what looks like a broadcast control room display a woman playing with a baby, soon revealing Fielder pacing the floor, deep in thought.

The first tease of The Rehearsal does not reveal a release date for the half-hour series, only indicating that it's "coming soon." Fielder will write, direct, executive produce and star in the series.

UPDATE (6/17, 12:40 a.m. ET): Fielder has confirmed that The Rehearsal comes out July 15.

Fielder's latest for HBO comes on the heels of executive producing How To with John Wilson for the network. That show's second season aired late last year, and it was officially renewed for a third batch of episodes this past February.

Additionally, Fielder is due to star alongside Emma Stone in The Curse, a forthcoming Showtime series co-created with Josh and Benny Safdie.
