The Wet Secrets Sign with Six Shooter for New Album

BY Alex HudsonPublished Mar 6, 2015

Last year, Edmonton's the Wet Secrets won a heap of cash when they came out on top in the first PEAK Performance Project Alberta. Now they're continuing their winning streak by signing with Six Shooter Records.

The band previously released their album Rock Fantasy through Rodeo Peanut in 2008 with distribution handled by Six Shooter. The label wasn't involved in 2014's Free Candy, however.

Now that the Wet Secrets are formally signed with Six Shooter, they're preparing to release a new album called The Tyranny of Objects this fall. The band had already announced that this would be the name of their new album; a demo of the bouncy power-pop song "I Can Swing a Hammer" can be streamed at the bottom of this page.
