As previously reported, the history of longtime pop punk label Fat Wreck Chords will be celebrated in an upcoming documentary titled A Fat Wreck: The Punk-u-Mentary. The film doesn't have a firm arrival time just yet, but you can take a peek at the project now in a new film trailer starring founders Fat Mike and Erin Burkett, as well as many other punk vets.
Down below, you'll find Fat Mike talking about being both pissed and impressed over getting "dosed" by one of his bands, along with Erin Burkett discussing how the two had "no idea what the fuck we were doing" when they started up the beloved imprint. Also seen are members of Lagwagon, Good Riddance, Propagandhi and more. Some talk up the family vibe of Fat, while Propagandhi bassist Todd Kowalski questioned the label's "homogenization" of the punk scene.
The film is expected to premiere sometime in 2015.
