The Ting Tings Announce North American Dates, Play Vancouver, Toronto

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jan 4, 2012

As we reported late last year, UK dance/rock outfit the Ting Tings will end a nearly four-year dry spell when they issue their sophomore LP Sounds From Nowheresville on these shores in March (the album will be delivered on the other side of the pond in late February). Unsurprisingly, the band is primed to celebrate, and will be touring their new tunes for North American audiences this spring.

The duo's upcoming jaunt kicks off with a two-night stand at Los Angeles' El Rey Theatre, and not long after that the pair make their way up to the Great White North. First up for Canada is a West Coast gig at Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom on March 27, and following a few more dates the act pulls up to Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theatre on April 6. You can catch the rest of the details below.

As previously reported, Sounds From Nowheresville arrives March 6 via Columbia Records/Roc Nation.

Thanks to Consequence of Sound for the tip.
