Ringo Starr may not have the fame of his former bandmate Paul McCartney, but there are still plenty of folks who will be eager to brag about seeing a former Beatle perform "Yellow Submarine." For those fans, Ringo will be hitting the road this year for a tour in late spring and early summer.
The singer-drummer, who will turn 74 during this trip, will tour North America from early June until the second half of July. In that time, he'll play a heap of U.S. gigs, plus Canadians shows in Rama, ON, and Vancouver.
During the gigs, Ringo will be joined by his usual All-Starr Band, which includes Todd Rundgren, onetime Santana/Journey singer Gregg Rolie, and others. See the schedule below [via Rolling Stone].
Speaking of Ringo, he and McCartney participated the in the Grammys' recent tribute to the Beatles, which will air on CBS on February 9.
