Panda Bear Collects Remixes from Pete Rock, Andy Stott for New EP

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jun 25, 2015

Remixes crafted for Panda Bear's rhythm-rippled Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper LP will be collected on a new EP featuring the likes of hip-hop icon Pete Rock and beloved electronic experimenter Andy Stott. The tellingly titled PBVSGR Remixes EP arrives as a digital release next Monday (June 29) through Domino.

A press release explains that the five-song collection includes Stott's recent revamp of Panda Bear's album track "Boys Latin," as well as a reworked "Come to Your Senses" that Brit PC Music producer Danny L Harle served up in early May.

A stream of Pete Rock's redo of "Crosswords" is the lead-off track and can be streamed down below. Lisbon-based artist DJ Marfox also tackles "Come to Your Senses," while the mini-offering closes out with Container's reinterpretation of early Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper standout "Mr. Noah."
