More than merely a time to get spooky and ghoulish, Halloween is also a day where bands like to perform as other bands. As such, it's a fitting time for Mike Kinsella's Owen project to share a new cover from the forthcoming Other People's Songs LP.
Here, Kinsella has taken on Depeche Mode's 1993 song "Judas." In place of synths and drum machines, however, Kinsella has drenched the cover in warm acoustic guitars, pianos and strings.
