Veteran Vancouver rapper Moka Only has announced he's started up a label of his own called Beautiful Records to co-release an upcoming full-length. Titled Magickal Weirdness, the album arrives July 14 through a partnership between Beautiful Records and Urbnet.
A press release explains that the new album features a hefty 32-song tracklisting, including a number with New York hip-hip icon Grand Puba called "More Rugged." The album lands on cassette, CD and as a digital download, and it's being teased by first single "No."

As for Beautiful Records, Moka Only plans to run the imprint as a subscription service. Though details have yet to be revealed in full, an annual fee will yield fans all forthcoming Beautiful Records releases, and give them access to bonus content not offered with standalone editions of the imprint's LPs. A press release notes this could include anything from physical copies to concert tickets. A two-tiered system will have subscriptions available for $20 and $75.
