Meek Mill

"Wanna Know" (ft. Quentin Miller) (Drake diss)

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jul 31, 2015

After Meek Mill accused Drake of using a ghostwriter, the Toronto rapper responded with not one but two diss tracks. Meanwhile, the world has waited impatiently for Mill to release a diss track on his own. Now, it's finally here.

The bell-tolling track is called "Wanna Know," and here's the real kicker: it features Quentin Miller, Drake's frequent co-writer and the alleged ghostwriter in the recent controversy. The lyrics address Drizzy very directly, as Mill raps, "If you ain't write that 'running through the 6' shit / Tell us who the fuck was Quentin running through the 6 with." There's even a wonky-sounding sample of Drake's "Know Yourself," making this a bit of a messy production.

The song was premiered by HOT 97 DJ Funkmaster Flex. Hear it at the bottom of this page.

Meanwhile, Drake has offered up this reaction via Instagram:

Additionally, three more of Drake's apparent reference tracks have leaked. Apparently penned by Miller, these are for "Know Yourself," "Used To" and "R.I.C.O." Those are also below.

UPDATE: Toronto city councillor and established Drake supporter Norm Kelly has offered his response to Meek Mill's new diss track. It's safe to say he's still backing the guy from the 6.
