Philly soul singer Jill Scott's last album was 2011's The Light of the Sun, and now she's returned with a new single entitled "You Don't Know."
The song is an old-school-sounding R&B tune in which the vocalist delivers and impassioned performance over a slow-burning, balladic arrangement laced with swelling horns. The accompanying video is a simple one, as Scott belts the heartbroken song in a low-lit studio while surrounded by her backing musicians. Roots drummer Questlove can be seen behind the kit.
