Hawksley Workman Reveals "Winter Bird Tour"

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Sep 8, 2015

Hawksley Workman has temporarily hung up his Mounties hat to take the songs from his Old Cheetah LP on a fall Canadian tour. Keeping things wild, he's dubbed the upcoming trek the "Winter Bird Tour."

Taking its title from the Old Cheetah track of the same name, the "Winter Bird Tour" has Workman flying off to the Maritimes in early October for a few performances. The singer-songwriter will then migrate cross-country, heading from the Prairies and the West Coast before ricocheting back towards Ontario.

Many of the dates will have Workman sharing the stage with opening act Fiona Bevan. While a few show announcements were made earlier this summer, you'll find a fully fleshed-out tour itinerary down below.

Helping further celebrate the upcoming tour and Old Cheetah, Workman has also unveiled a lyric video for "Winter Bird." You can stream the clip for the synth-marked piece of pop-rock beneath the tour info.
