Montreal outfit Gulfer recently delivered a split 7-inch single with Del Paxton, but now the emo- and math rock-inspired unit is focusing on their latest release What Gives. One of the songs off that seven-track EP has now been given some visual accompaniment, and Exclaim! has got the premiere of the music video for "Getting Hit by Parked Cars."
The clip opens on a shot of an adorable baby sporting a pizza-themed Gulfer tee, then switches gears into footage from an action-packed day at the skate park. Skateboarding and BMXing aren't the only skills that get shown off, though, as the dude with a bottle of liquor and on-point air guitar moves and lip-syncing abilities steals the spotlight.
It's a fun watch and you can check it out for yourself in the player below. What Gives is out now via Texas Is Funny Records, and Gulfer are currently out on a U.S. tour, the dates of which you can see here.
