As previously reported, Gucci Mane faced his umpteenth run-in with the man after some erratic driving and parole violation charges from November 2010 came back to haunt him. Gucci has a sentencing scheduled for January 24 and until then, he was reportedly sent to a medical treatment facility for what TMZ describes as a "special plea of mental incompetency."
Either a last-ditch effort to prove his insanity or a surefire conversation starter if he does head back to the slammer, Mane recently took some down time to get a new tattoo of an ice cream cone on his right cheek. Yes, you read that right.
