Wilco Release Surprise Benefit Single "All Lives, You Say?"

The music world is not staying quiet in response to the political climate in the United States. Up next, alt-country veterans Wilco have shared a new benefit tune.

The song is called "All Lives, You Say?" — a retort to the ill-advised "all lives matter" mantra. Proceeds from the song will be donated to the Southern Poverty Law Center

Of the song, frontman Jeff Tweedy revealed that it is dedicated to the memory of his late father Robert L. Tweedy. "My dad was named after a Civil War general, and he voted for Barack Obama twice," he said. "He used to say 'If you know better, you can do better.' America — we know better. We can do better."
