Following their residency performance at Park MGM in Las Vegas last night (August 14), Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak's Grammy-winning, bewigged side project Silk Sonic played a surprise pop-up aftershow at the Barbershop, and busted out a cover of 2000s nu metal classic "Last Resort."
The Papa Roach cover is pretty faithful — down to the early-aughts-style nasally vocals, which were mainly delivered by .Paak. The pair were clearly having a bit of fun with it too, both donning their signature Silk costumes and gripping red Solo cups as they played.
Fan footage also shows Bruno Mars singing (most of the correct lyrics to) "Your Love" by the Outfield, as well as the pair doing a Police cover, some loose jamming and general brouhaha. Check out some clips of the performance below.
