Jack White has publicly endorsed Bernie Sanders as his Democratic presidential candidate of choice, and he backed up his political opinions by performing at a Sanders rally yesterday (October 27).
The rally took place at White's own alma mater, Cass Technical High School, in Detroit.
White performed the White Stripe's "Icky Thump," then covered Bob Dylan's "License to Kill," aiming it directly at President Donald Trump.
He also voiced his support for Sanders and his idea to abolish the electoral college, saying, "Bernie Sanders is telling the truth, and I really do trust him."
