Montreal-based rocker Paul Jacobs is about to deliver a new album called Pink Dogs on the Green Grass, and ahead of its arrival, he's shared another taste of the LP via a wild new music video.
Like "Half Rich Loner" before it, the video for "Underneath the Roses" was animated by Jacobs himself, and it's an impressively messy, tripped-out journey through black ink and wild, surreal segues that eventually arrive at some live performance footage.
The visuals are a perfect accompaniment to the song, which is a shaggy and laid-back psych-rock jammer that will certainly reward repeat listens.
