Published Dec 17, 2012As always, quote-unquote "punk" festival the Vans Warped Tour will be retuning in the summer of 2013 with a generous batch of North American dates, including a Canadian show in Toronto on July 5. Now, the organizers have let loose the names of some more bands taking part in the travelling event.
Among the acts who have been announced so far are the Black Dahlia Murder, Anarbor, Stick to Your Guns, Hands Like Houses, letlive., Wallpaper, Woe Is Me, I See Stars, Go Radio, The Story So Far, Like Moths to Flames and Big Chocolate.
All of these acts will be performing for the full run of the festival, which lasts for close to two months from mid-June to early August. More bands have yet to be announced, so tune into Warped Tour's website for subsequent announcements.
Warped Tour was originally slated to come to Montreal on July 6, but that date has now been removed from the schedule. Earlier this month, festival founder Kevin Lyman tweeted, "We are planning a special show in Montreal later in the summer.. putting it together now."
