Located out of Marseille, as opposed to the all-powerful Paris, this French label specialises in slightly off the radar electronic dance music. Not that you can dance to it, but it's based in the same musical realm anyway. Their latest compilation ranges from the narcoleptic loops of Halifax native Andrew Duke - sounding like a soundtrack to a very slow foreign film - to the random bips, bleeps and burbles of French producer and recent Montreal immigrant D'Iberville. While the abstract feel of this IDM collection is no doubt intriguing, it takes patience to sort the brilliant from the boring, and even then you're not quite sure.
